CEFARQ TRAINERS IN ENTRE RÍOS

, including the towns of Gualeguay and Gualeguaychú. Almost 40 Goalkeeper participated, from children to adults.

On the field, our Trainers presented the fundamentals of Goalkeeping training and involved Goalkeepers  in coordination exercises. Then, while Sebastian developed recreational competition games with the U12 Goalkeepers, Miguel explained the current trends in Goalkeepers ‘s physical training and performed a neuromuscular session with the youth and adult Goalkeepers. Finally, the three trainers performed a demonstration of visual / cognitive, technical, reaction and game situation exercises.

Finally, Sebastián and Sergio gave talks in the Club lounge. Sebastian talked about the organization and training methods of CEFARQ, Sergio about Goalkeeper’s biomechanics and the biotype.

The day was marked by camaraderie and the human warmth of the Staff of Central Larroque and all the participants. Our Trainers not only exhibited, but also learn from the exchange and new experiences.
