WORDS FROM FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

More time than I wished has passed since my first note in this space for reflection and this one. Many times the daily life dynamic makes urgencies to prevent us from doing the most important things for our human and professional relationships.

If we think how we spend the day and that we cannot share with those that we loved simple and daily questions that fill our souls, this is also the case at work where daily dynamics do not allow us focusing on things that will elevate us in our professional perspective.

This very special moment that the world is experiencing gives us the possibility to train ourselves, to look at the other, to analyze ourselves and to review or reconfirm the path we are traveling. I understand that a great professional must have solid human bases, those that allow us to be humble enough to evaluate ourselves and to accept that, in many cases, the other may be correct in his or her thinking or reasoning.

Every time I read, listen and have the opportunity to evaluate the work of my colleagues, I allow myself to question my knowledge and assess how far I am from the level I intend to reach. Honestly, as it is said, some times I feel like I do not know anything. This, at times, lack of certainties about the path I took as a professional coach and trainer, allows me to have concerns every day and to be in a constant search of achieving that professional that I propose; always understanding that there are no absolute truths but forms and methods on which one works for an objective, which is to improve the performance of our goalkeeper  and to optimize their task.
